The YSJ70A is a tracked, double-headed pipeline relocation machine, specifically designed for the overall relocation, alignment, trenching, rerouting, and site transfer of DN800–DN1800 long-distance oil and gas/municipal pipelines. Its core upgrades include higher synchronous accuracy of the double hooks, a more energy-efficient hydraulic system, more intelligent operation, a more stable chassis, and easier maintenance. The double-headed, double-hook high-precision synchronous control ensures zero deformation of long pipe sections, with an alignment accuracy of ≤0.8mm. The electro-hydraulic proportional synchronous hydraulic system (core upgrade of Version A): Double winches, double luffing cylinders, and double hooks employ closed-loop synchronous control, with lifting/luffing/micro-motion synchronization errors ≤0.5mm. This ensures uniform force distribution during the relocation of 100-meter-long pipe sections, preventing pipe bending, pipe end misalignment, and anti-corrosion layer tearing. Alignment accuracy is ≤0.8mm (better than the YSJ70's 1mm), increasing the first-pass yield of welds by 20%+.
Independent Control + One-Button Switching: The cab features dual pilot handles, supporting single-hook fine-tuning, dual-hook linkage, and independent operation on one side. It adapts to complex working conditions such as single-side alignment, simultaneous dual-side ditch lowering, off-center loading relocation, and curve rerouting, covering all scenarios for both single-head and dual-head applications.
Dedicated Corrosion-Resistant Lifting Gear + Adjustable Lifting Points: The dual hooks come standard with quick-change pipe clamps/clamps, and the lifting point spacing is infinitely adjustable (compatible with DN800–DN1800). It features anti-corrosion layer protection limits to prevent damage to insulated/corrosion-resistant pipes from single-point stress, significantly improving lifting safety.
