The ZHG100 is a 100 KVA fully hydraulic tracked welding engineering vehicle designed for long-distance pipeline construction. Driven by a single engine and a fully hydraulic system, it integrates power generation, welding, lifting, and alignment functions, making it suitable for complex terrains such as mountains, deserts, and wetlands. Its core features are as follows:
Core Performance and Power
- Power and Power Generation: Equipped with a 100 KVA engine, directly coupled to the fully hydraulic system to drive a brushless synchronous generator, generating approximately 70-80kW. This can simultaneously power 4-5 manual/semi-automatic welding machines, suitable for pipeline welding, cutting, preheating, and other field construction work without power grids.
- Fully Hydraulic Transmission: A full-power variable open hydraulic system offers high transmission efficiency, low energy consumption, and a low failure rate. It enables coordinated multi-action tasks such as welding, lifting, and walking, suitable for long-term continuous operation.
- Energy and Output: Diesel-powered for long-range operation, providing dual 380V/220V voltage output to meet construction, lighting, communication, and other auxiliary power needs.
Chassis and Mobility
- Tracked Off-Road Chassis: Tracked design provides strong traction and low ground pressure, enabling movement in complex terrains such as mountains, deserts, wetlands, swamps, and slopes ≤30°. Its off-road capability surpasses that of wheeled chassis.
- Stability and Braking: Hydraulic drive + mechanical braking, with a well-balanced chassis, ensures good stability during operation and reliable support on uneven ground.
- Easy Relocation: Compact size allows for rapid relocation. Equipped with front and rear lighting and signaling systems, ensuring safety during nighttime operations.
Structure and Integration Design
- Integrated Workstation: Fully enclosed chassis integrating generator, power distribution cabinet, welding machine, hydraulic system, and toolbox. Optimized layout, high protection level, and ample maintenance space.
- Multi-functional Operation: Integrates hydraulic lifting, pipe alignment, and welding power supply functions, enabling integrated operation of multiple pipeline construction processes and reducing equipment investment.
- Rapid Deployment: Quick-connect interfaces and automatic cable retraction devices shorten on-site installation and commissioning time, improving construction efficiency.
