The FD20 engine adopts a high independent channel intake design, which can effectively block dust intrusion and greatly increase the intake volume, allowing fuel combustion to be more complete and power output to be stronger. After the cooling system is optimized, the intercooler, water radiator and oil radiator are arranged independently, which significantly enhances the working reliability of core components such as the engine and gearbox.

The 2-ton diesel forklift is equipped with a high-performance braking system as standard, providing two modes of vacuum assistance and full hydraulic assistance, which effectively improves the safety of service braking and emergency braking. The high-pressure common rail engine is not only powerful, but also has excellent cold start performance and low failure rate, which can greatly reduce the energy consumption of the whole machine. In addition, the load-sensitive hydraulic system realizes the function of lifting the fork with full load when the engine is idling, further reducing fuel consumption, improving operating efficiency while taking into account economy.
