The THC50 tractor-mounted welding engineering vehicle is a 50-horsepower wheeled tractor-mounted integrated welding and power supply system, primarily designed for power supply and welding in field pipeline construction. It balances mobility and practicality. Key features include:
Core Performance and Power
- Power and Generation: Equipped with a 50-horsepower engine and a brushless synchronous generator, providing approximately 36-40kW of power. This can simultaneously power 2-3 manual/semi-automatic welding machines, meeting the power needs of pipeline welding, cutting, and corrosion protection.
- Energy Adaptability: Diesel-powered, long-range, suitable for field conditions without power grids. Supports 380V/220V output, providing auxiliary power for construction, lighting, and communication.
Chassis and Mobility
- Wheeled Off-Road Chassis: Utilizes a mature tractor chassis, offering flexible steering and strong off-road capability. It can move across complex terrains such as mountains, deserts, semi-deserts, and loess slopes with gradients ≤30°.
