4-16mm Metal Leveling Cross Cutting Machine

This series of production lines is specialized for flattening and shearing thin metal coils into blocks. It typically consists of a loading trolley, uncoiler, plate-holding and pressure-guiding device, leveling machine, movable bridge, guide and correction device, sizing mechanism, laminating device, shearing machine, conveyor table, pneumatic stacker, hydraulic lifting platform, material conveyor roller table, hydraulic system, and electrical control system, all coordinated by a PLC.

This equipment is primarily used to process cold-rolled carbon steel coils, stainless steel coils, and non-ferrous metal coils. Six-stage or four-stage leveling machines are available, depending on customer needs and workpiece processing requirements.

Hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel coils undergo uncoiling, leveling, lengthwise shearing, edge trimming, and stacking. This process yields billets used in the automotive, steel structure, and rolling stock sectors. This machine is designed to uncoil metal coils, level them, cut them to size, and shear them into flat sheets with the required length and width, which are then stacked. It is applicable for processing hot-rolled carbon steel, hot-rolled stainless steel, and hot-rolled pickled steel.

Leveling can be achieved using two-stage leveling machines, primary and final. The shear-to-length feed system can utilize conventional mechanical and electrical coordination, digital frequency conversion technology, or AC servo technology. The shearing machine can be equipped with conventional mechanical or hydraulic models, high-speed gate shears with electromagnetic or pneumatic clutch transmission, mobile tracking shears, and rotary flying shears. The matching of related forming machine tools can extend the functions to a wider range.
