Fully Automatic Continuous Flying Shearing Machinery

This series of flying shear lines has a maximum operating speed of 80 m/min. It utilizes a six-stage multi-roller leveling machine to ensure smooth, scratch-free sheet metal.

The flying shears are driven by servo motors for high shearing precision, and dual-station stacking ensures efficient and rapid production.

This flying shear line is suitable for processing cold-rolled carbon steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel, and various other metal materials with surface coatings. It is suitable for blanking cold-rolled coil, galvanized coil, stainless steel coil, color-coated coil, and aluminum sheet. It features a material preparation table, hydraulic lift trolley, tension uncoiler, and retractable shovel head for smooth feed to the clamping and leveling machine.

Tension is generated synchronously with clamping and leveling, ensuring stable speed and length measurement. Tension is controlled via a touchscreen.

This system flattens and releases internal stress in the sheet metal, improving straightening accuracy. It is suitable for a wide range of applications, leaving no roller marks on the material surface, and achieving higher straightening accuracy. An advanced control system ensures precise sheet shearing.

The processed sheets are stacked and packaged, while preventing collisions between sheets.

The finished sheets are removed via rollers for packaging.
