Importance And Scientific Arrangement Of Loader Maintenance Cycle

As the core equipment in engineering construction, the performance and life of the loader are directly related to construction efficiency and cost control. A scientific maintenance cycle can not only extend the service life of the equipment, but also reduce the risk of downtime caused by sudden failures. This article will introduce the maintenance cycle arrangement and key precautions of the loader in detail.

Daily maintenance: daily inspection is indispensable

Daily maintenance of the loader is the basis, and it is usually recommended to perform a simple inspection before and after each operation. It mainly includes: checking whether the hydraulic oil, fuel, and coolant levels are normal; cleaning the dust on the surface of the radiator and air filter; checking the tire pressure and track tightness; testing whether electrical equipment such as lights and horns are normal. These basic inspections can effectively prevent small problems from turning into major failures.

Regular maintenance: performed by hours or months

Regular maintenance of loaders is usually based on working hours or months. The engine oil, oil filter and diesel filter need to be replaced every 250-500 hours, and the oil level and sealing of the transmission system should be checked at the same time. The hydraulic system needs to be deeply inspected every 500-1000 hours, including hydraulic oil cleanliness inspection and filter element replacement. In addition, the electrical system needs to be fully inspected every quarter to ensure that there is no risk of aging or short circuit in the line.

Long-term maintenance: annual overhaul and replacement of key components

After the loader has been used for one year or reached 2000-3000 working hours, it needs to be overhauled annually. Focus on checking the wear of key components such as the engine cylinder, drive shaft, bearings, and replace wearing parts in time. Before reactivating equipment that has been parked for a long time, the entire vehicle must be lubricated and the hydraulic system must be exhausted to avoid performance degradation due to oil precipitation.

Maintenance adjustment in special environments

Loaders operating in high temperature, high dust or rainy environments need to shorten the maintenance cycle. For example, it is recommended to clean the air filter every 200 hours at a construction site with heavy dust, and increase the frequency of coolant inspection in a high temperature environment. Equipment operating in coastal areas needs to strengthen chassis anti-corrosion treatment to prevent salt spray erosion.

Scientific maintenance cycle is the key to ensuring the efficient operation of loaders. Users should flexibly adjust maintenance plans according to actual working conditions and strictly follow the recommendations in the equipment manual to maximize the value of the equipment.
